Job Role:       We are a successful and well established Liverpool firm of Chartered Accountants and due to significant growth in our business we are seeking an ambitious, energetic, tax professional to join our team, preferably ATT qualified. The purpose of the role is to provide a first class tax service to clients as well as developing and building effective relationships.

 Skills and Qualities

  • Team worker, with a positive attitude and willingness to develop
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, in writing and in person
  • High concern for standards and timeliness of work
  • Ability to operate independently when required

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years, relevant experience working in a Practice
  • Preferably ATT qualified
  • Experience of managing clients (both face to face and over the telephone) and dealing with commercial and pricing issues
  • Experience of compliance work in relation to:
    - Personal and Corporate tax
    - P11d and associated forms
    - Tax planning
    - Routine tax matters
    - HM Revenue & Customs checks
